What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you tell us about your project.

Our web servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the time you visited.

If we build and operate a system for you, we process your business data strictly as your processor, only to deliver the service, and only for as long as our agreement runs.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver work you have engaged us for, and send service updates about work in progress.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver what you asked for — for example a cloud host or a model provider — and only under contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and quote data: 24 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Client project data: for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, then deleted or returned at your choice.

Accounting records: as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to lacewinginfo@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect work already delivered.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic analytics — which pages get read and how people arrive. We ask for your consent before setting anything beyond what the site strictly needs to function, and you can decline without losing access to any part of this site.

AI systems we build

Where we build an AI system for you, we will tell you in writing which model providers are involved, whether your data leaves India, and whether it can be used for model training. Our default is that it cannot.

For systems processing biometric data — face recognition attendance, for example — we build consent capture and retention limits in by default, as the DPDP Act requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified to active clients directly.
