Lacewing Technologies started in 2019 in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, building websites and business software for Indian companies. We still do that — it is just that the interesting problems moved.

What changed
The work stopped being about pages and started being about processes.
For most of our first six years, a client came to us because they needed a website, an app, or a piece of software to replace a register. Good work, and we delivered a lot of it — 650+ projects and counting.
What changed is that the expensive problem in most Indian businesses is no longer the absence of software. It is the volume of work happening around the software — the retyping, the follow-up calls nobody made, the enquiry that arrived at 11pm and was gone by morning.
That is what we build for now. 12 service lines and 87 individual services, every one of which exists because a real client had a real problem a person was doing by hand.

We tell you when not to build
Roughly half of what clients arrive wanting turns out to be better solved with a process change. Saying so costs us one project and earns the next three.
Small first, always
One process, shipped in weeks, running on your real data. Nobody should commit a large budget to something they have not seen work.
You own everything
Source code, repository, deployment access — all yours on final payment. No lock-in and no hostage situations.
Honest about limits
AI systems are probabilistic. We agree measurable accuracy targets before the build and demonstrate them on your data. We do not promise perfection.
