AI for Your Existing Software

Website AI Chatbot Add-On

This is a trained chatbot added to a website you already have, without rebuilding anything. It reads your existing pages, documents and FAQs, answers visitor questions from that material, captures leads and hands over to a person when it should. Two weeks from start to live on most sites.

Who it's for

Any business with a website and unanswered enquiries.

What changes

The cheapest first AI project most companies can run.

Starting at
₹40,000
Timeline
2–6 weeks
Built from
Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Key takeaways

  • Works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and custom sites through a single script tag.
  • Answers only from your content — it refuses rather than inventing.
  • Typically deflects a substantial share of repetitive enquiries within the first month.
  • Live in 1–2 weeks from ₹75,000.
  • The cheapest genuinely useful AI deployment most businesses can make.

What this is and is not

It is a self-contained addition to an existing site. Nothing about your website changes, no migration is involved, and if you remove the script tag it is gone without trace.

It is not a full support platform, a ticketing system or a custom conversational product. Those are larger builds and we do them, but most businesses asking for a chatbot want this — something on the site that answers questions and collects enquiries.

It is deliberately the smallest useful version, at a price where the decision is easy and the return is visible within a month.

What it learns from

The bot's knowledge is your existing material. Nothing is invented and nothing needs writing from scratch.

The rule that makes it safe to deploy

The bot answers from retrieved content only. If your material does not cover a question, it says so and offers to connect the visitor with a person.

That constraint is what makes a two-week deployment defensible. A bot that improvises will eventually quote a price you do not charge or promise a delivery timeline you cannot meet, and a screenshot of that is a real problem.

It also produces a useful side effect. The log of questions the bot could not answer is a direct list of gaps in your website content, and clients often find it more valuable than the deflection numbers.

Lead capture done without being obnoxious

The bot's commercial job is turning anonymous visitors into contactable enquiries, and there is a right and wrong way to do it.

Wrong is demanding a phone number before answering anything, which is the pattern most website chat widgets use and which visitors have learned to close immediately.

Right is answering the question first, then asking for contact details at the natural point — when the visitor asks about pricing, timelines or availability, or when the conversation is clearly going somewhere. Enquiries collected that way are fewer and considerably better, and they arrive with the conversation attached so your sales team knows what was discussed.

Installation, and what happens after

One line of script in your site's template, or a plugin for WordPress and Shopify. No developer needed on most platforms, and nothing on your site is modified.

Setup is a week of content ingestion and configuration, a few days of testing against real questions, then live. Total elapsed time is usually under two weeks including your review.

Afterwards, the bot re-crawls your site on a schedule so new pages are picked up automatically, and the conversation log is available to you. We review performance with you after the first month, which is when the useful tuning happens because it is based on real questions rather than anticipated ones.

Cost and honest limits

From ₹75,000 for setup, with monthly running costs typically between ₹2,000 and ₹8,000 depending on conversation volume.

The limits worth stating: it will not handle transactions, it will not access your internal systems unless we build that separately, and it is only as good as the content you have. A site with three thin pages produces a bot with very little to say, and in that case fixing the website comes first.

You own the configuration and the conversation data. If you later want a deeper build — WhatsApp, CRM integration, order lookup — this is a foundation rather than something to throw away.

FAQ

Website AI Chatbot Add-On — your questions

Will it slow down our website?

No meaningfully. The widget loads asynchronously after your page content, adds a small script, and does not block rendering. Core Web Vitals impact is negligible in our measurements, which matters because page speed affects your rankings. If you are running several third-party widgets already, the cumulative effect is worth reviewing — but this one is not the problem.

Can it speak Hindi and other Indian languages?

Yes, detecting the visitor's language automatically and replying in it. Your source content can stay in English while the bot answers in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil or several others. For businesses with significant non-metro traffic this measurably increases engagement, since a visitor who would not have typed an English question will type one in their own language.

How do we know if it is working?

Three numbers, all in the dashboard: conversations started, enquiries captured, and questions it could not answer. The third is the most useful early on because it tells you what to add to your site. After a month you will also see how many of the captured enquiries converted, which is the number that decides whether to invest further. We review these with you at the thirty-day mark.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

Because it answers only from your content, wrong answers are usually out-of-date content rather than invention — an old price on a page you forgot about. The conversation log shows exactly what was said and what source it came from, so corrections are quick. You can also add explicit override answers for specific questions, which is how most clients handle anything sensitive like pricing or lead times.

Can we upgrade it later?

Yes, and many clients do. The usual progression is website chatbot first, then WhatsApp with the same knowledge base, then CRM integration so enquiries flow into your pipeline automatically, then order or account lookup if you have a system to connect to. Each is a separate step you can decide on with evidence from the previous one, rather than committing to a large build before knowing whether visitors use it.
